1. DRMPOD allows visitors to purchase Tokens (credits) to download individual scenes to their computer. You will be billed according to the package you selected. There are NOT recurring memberships whatsoever. You can use your tokens immediately, or a year from the time you purchase them, your tokens never expire.

2. When you buy tokens at DRMPOD, you will be given a user name and password. Your access information entitles you to download scenes at our site. Password sharing is not permitted. The tokens purchased are only to be redeemed by the individual who purchase them.

3. DRMPOD users can only download scenes at DRMPOD from no more than 2 computers at the time.

4. The content on DRMPOD is copyrighted by the individual studios. DRMPOD subscribers may not make unauthorized copies of protected content. DRMPOD reserves the right to cancel your account if such unauthorized copies are made.
